This website is operated by ANRO ARRECIFE S.A. for the purpose of presenting and marketing the Wabi Sabi Residences properties and facilitating enquiries from prospective guests. The website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH.

Online bookings are processed via Airbnb. Airbnb's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all transactions conducted through that platform. Direct bookings are handled via email or WhatsApp and are subject to our individual rental agreement.

Governing Law

This website and all related services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the rental of properties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
